By agreeing to become a registered donor, you acknowledge and consent to the following terms:

1. Personal Information: You understand that your name, blood type, contact number, email, and address will be exclusively available to blood bank personnel on our list of registered donors. You give us permission to make this information available to blood bank handlers.
2. Blood Eligibility: As a registered donor, you affirm that you have independently verified your eligibility to donate blood, including any necessary medical or health clearances. We do not have the ability to conduct blood testing or verify your eligibility for blood transfusions.
3. Blood Transfers: If a blood bank personnel contacts you for a blood request, you understand that further testing should be conducted at a medical facility or hospital to confirm the compatibility and safety of the blood transfer. We strongly recommend that all blood transfers happen under the supervision of a licensed medical professional.
4. Liability: We do not assume any liability for any issues or complications that may arise from a blood transfer. This includes, but is not limited to, incompatibilities, transfusion reactions, or transmission of disease. All responsibility for ensuring the safety and compatibility of the blood transfer lies with the users involved and their healthcare providers.
